What You’ll Do

  • Consulting policyholders on their financial and insurance plans- identify market opportunities and potential risks for clients, guiding them towards their financial goals while insuring all possible risks.

  • Acquiring new business, both at retail and corporate level

  • Meeting required profit targets and KPIs

  • Demonstrating thorough knowledge and expertise on financial, public and private insurance topics

  • Developing and sustaining strong relationships with key clients, while proving excellent customer service and advice

Profile

  • University Degree, postgraduate degree will be appreciated

  •  Proven track record of achieving sales targets

  •  Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills

  •  Ability to meet tight deadlines and achieve production goals

  •  Ability to work under pressure in a competitive environment

  •  Military obligations completed
