What You’ll Do

Consulting policyholders on their financial and insurance plans- identify market opportunities and potential risks for clients, guiding them towards their financial goals while insuring all possible risks.

Acquiring new business, both at retail and corporate level

Meeting required profit targets and KPIs

Demonstrating thorough knowledge and expertise on financial, public and private insurance topics

Developing and sustaining strong relationships with key clients, while proving excellent customer service and advice
Profile

University Degree, postgraduate degree will be appreciated

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills

Ability to meet tight deadlines and achieve production goals

Ability to work under pressure in a competitive environment
